Honeysuckle blossoms on our walk by the St. Joe river.
We went out to the new riverside park and ice cream after. There are so many lovely places to walk by the river in downtown Fort Wayne. We had Coney Island hot dogs in the park and local beer. Can't believe how fast the kids are growing! We also celebrated Mike's birthday in his new backyard! It was great to catch up with cousin Nyssa (on my right) and see her new place.

Always fun to see Willow and take her yarn balls to rip apart. She gets so excited!

A huge and lovely surprise: our first morel mushroom on our property was gigantic.
Yellow violets on our property on West Mountain Rd.
This one was a surprise. We always thought we had some colorful columbines growing on our property because we always see the leaves, but had never seen the blossoms. This green bit is the blossom!
We also have lady slippers.
Dave has been surprising me with the most beautiful bouquets; every time. :)
These flowers were at Charlie's Gardens in McCall.

The warm weather and parade of colors continued on our trip to Indiana and back in Idaho. We finally got to visit Dave's family after getting fully vaccinated and catch up with uncles, aunts, cousins and neighborhood friends as well as enjoy some quality time with Roger, Mike, Jen and the kids. What a beautiful spring! Love you!!
